The purpose of this summit was to examine what it takes for families to live and work in Windham County and how we can support a family-centered economy. The morning included a keynote presentation about early childhood development and how this impacts our current and future workforce. It also included a panel of area businesspeople who discussed how they each support their employees with families which builds a successful business…which contributes to a thriving economy.
