MONTPELIER, VT.  -- A special commission is holding forums around Vermont to hear about parents' child care challenges.
 
 
Officials say more than 70 percent of Vermont children under the age of six live in families where parents are working.
 
The governor-appointed Blue Ribbon Commission on Financing High-Quality, Affordable Child Care will be issuing a report to the Legislature in November.
